Robin Seiser

Robin Seiser was born in Webster City, Iowa and grew up on the same farm on which his father was raised. He graduated from Webster City High School and attended Iowa Central Community College prior to obtaining a finance degree from the University of Iowa.

Using his finance degree, Robin was a Financial Consultant and Stock Broker with Waddell & Reed aiding clients with their financial portfolios. He had a Series 7 securities license and was a CFA.

In 1985, Robin joined Iowa Realty Commercial, the state’s largest real estate company, where he ranked in the top 5 out of 600 agents and brokers every year beginning in 1986. While at Iowa Realty he directly sold and leased $600 million worth of real estate and served in the capacity of consultant on an additional $420 million worth of property transactions. In 1994, Robin achieved the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation which recognizes his completion of designation curriculum that covers essential CCIM skill sets including ethics, interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. CCIMs have completed a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience. Finally, they have demonstrated their proficiency in the CCIM skill sets by successfully completing a comprehensive examination.

Robin Seiser has been active in commercial real estate sales, leasing, acquisitions and development for the past thirty-five years. In 1989 he acquired his first property. In 1992, He acquired his second property. In 1998 he founded S Management Group, Inc. which is a commercial real estate investment, development, management and brokerage firm. The company owned and managed properties consisting of 3 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space including $14 million of multi-family and development land. Robin is an investor in all of the properties.

In 1999 Robin co-founded S&S Holding Company. S&S is a privately held development & investment company that owns properties throughout the Midwest.

From 1995-2012 Robin served on the bank board of a privately held Iowa based bank and served on their loan committee and REO committee.

In 2014-2015 – Robin formed Bakken Dakota Development Group and Bison Properties to develop multi-family apartments in North Dakota oil fields locally know as the Bakken Oil Fields.

In 2018 – Acquired neighborhood retail shopping center in Ankeny, Iowa.

In 2020 – Robin co-founded Heritage Equity Real Estate to absorb S&S Holding Company assets and investors.
